Natalia Tikhonova

In her current role Natalia manages the Customer Success Department, developing initiatives that deliver unique value to our customers, defining and optimizing customer lifecycle by driving programs and initiatives to improve engagement approaches based on customer segmentation and leading a culture of continuous improvement. She also closely works with the Sales and Operations management to align on strategies and account opportunities.

Natalia's experience ranges from teaching English as a foreign language and providing oral and written translations in business context, to customer service and working in the automotive industry dealing with quality in purchasing. Natalia's family moved to the Czech Republic in 2016 when she was supporting her husband and bringing up their daughter. Natalia joined GOT in 2019 starting with a junior role and growing together with the company.
